You certify that all educational transcripts, diplomas, degrees, English test reports (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, etc.), work experience certificates, passport copies, and financial bank statements provided to FEN Global are 100% genuine, authentic, unaltered, and truthful.
FEN Global strictly adheres to the UK Education Services integrity guidelines and ICEF ethical standards. If any document is determined to be forged, altered, or fraudulent, FEN Global will immediately terminate all services with that applicant without notice and report the occurrence to relevant partner institutions or verification authorities where legally mandated.
Students are responsible for paying all official university application fees, tuition deposit payments, embassy visa fees, biometrics appointments, and Immigration Health Surcharges (IHS) directly to the designated official bodies or authorized financial portals.
Universities and embassies operate under strict seasonal deadlines. The student is responsible for responding promptly to counselor inquiries, submitting required paperwork ahead of deadlines, and attending scheduled interviews.
FEN Global maintains absolute ethical clarity regarding the outcomes of educational applications:
Offer letters, conditional acceptances, and enrollment decisions are made exclusively by the admissions committees of the respective universities. FEN Global does not guarantee admission into any specific course or institution.
Visa approvals, entry clearances, and biometric permits are granted solely by destination government immigration authorities (e.g. UKVI, Home Office, Department of Home Affairs, IRCC). FEN Global does not grant or guarantee visas under any circumstance.
Scholarships and bursaries are awarded competitively by institutions or government sponsors based on available quotas and criteria. FEN Global assists in identifying awards but does not guarantee funding.
Employment outcomes, post-study work permits (e.g., UK Graduate Route), job placements, and permanent residency (PR) pathways are subject to national immigration statutes and market conditions. FEN Global makes no representations or warranties regarding job placement.
